3-year partnership with Peugeot Sport

In April 2022, we signed a multi-year partnership with Peugeot Sport to provide the PEUGEOT 9X8 FIA WEC program team with advanced digital tools. Capgemini partnered with Peugeot Sport to accelerate and optimize the development of its hybrid hypercar, the Peugeot 9X8, competing in the World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC), an international motorsport competition comprising several races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

We are providing the Peugeot Sport teams with our expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence. This partnership has a strong technological dimension and strengthens our relationship with the Stellantis Group, while bringing to life our shared values ​​and ambitions: to shape the future of mobility through innovative and sustainable solutions.

On February 6, 2025, we renewed our partnership with Peugeot Sport to continue the development of the 9X8 Hypercar. While improving the performance of the Hypercar through data and artificial intelligence remains at the heart of the partnership, we wish to strengthen our collaboration around improving Peugeot Sport’s carbon footprint.
